CALL TO ORDER
The Brooklyn Center Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) met in regular session and
was called to order by Chairperson Myrna Kragness at 10:21 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Chairperson Myrna Kragness, Commissioners Kathleen Carmody, Debra Hilstrom, and Kristen
Mann. Also present were Interim City Manager Cam Andre, Director of Public Services Diane
Spector, City Attorney Charlie LeFevere, Director of Finance Charlie Hansen, Community
Development Specialist Tom Bublitz, Director of Community Development Brad Hoffman, and
Council Secretary Connie Beckman.
Commissioner Barb Kalligher was absent.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA AND CONSENT AGENDA
A motion by Commissioner Hilstrom and seconded by Commissioner Mann to approve the
September 11, 1995, agenda and consent agenda passed unanimously.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A motion by Commissioner Hilstrom and seconded by Commissioner Mann to approve the
minutes of the January 9, 1995, special session passed unanimously.
COMMISSION CONSIDERATION ITEMS
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY BROOKLYN CENTER HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1995 PURSUANT TO MSA
CHAPTER 469.033, SUBDIVISION 6 AND MSA CHAPTER 469.107, SUBDIVISION 1
A motion by Commissioner Mann and seconded by Commissioner Hilstrom to table approval
of the Preliminary Brooklyn Center Housing and Redevelopment Authority Budget for the Year
1995 Pursuant to MSA Chapter 469.033, Subdivision 6 and MSA Chapter 469.107, Subdivision
1 passed unanimously.
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE PRELIMINARY TAX LEVY FOR THE BROOKLYN
CENTER HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR THE YEAR 1996

A motion by Commissioner Mann and seconded by Commissioner Hilstrom to table approval
of the Preliminary Tax Levy for the Brooklyn Center Housing and Redevelopment Authority for
the Year 1996 passed unanimously.
ITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT AGENDA
No items were removed.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion by Commissioner Mann and seconded by Commissioner Carmody to adjourn the
meeting passed unanimously. The Brooklyn Center Housing and Redevelopment Authority
adjourned at 10:23 p.m.
