NOTICE OF HEARING
ON PRELIMINARY PLAT
CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Planning Commission of the
City of Brooklyn Center on the 17th of November, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. at the City Hall, 6301
Shingle Creek Parkway, to consider the proposed preliminary plat to be known as Interchange
Addition for the property described as follows:
Lot 3, Block 1, Twin Cities Interchange Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota and Outlot A,
Brooklyn Center Industrial Park Plat 2, Hennepin County, Minnesota
This property is more commonly described as 1600 & 1700 Freeway Boulevard
Said proposed preliminary plat has been submitted by Industrial Fund I, LLC for
Preliminary Plat approval to divide the above referenced property into two separate lots.
