Pursuant to Laws of Minnesota 1977, Chapter 355, Section 5 the following numbered City ordinances which prescribe a maximum fine of $300 or imprisonment for 90 days for an ordinance violation are hereby amended to prescribe a maximum fine of $500 or imprisonment for 90 days or both: Section 1 -117, an ordinance relating to animal control. Section 3 -102G, an ordinance relating to the building code. Section 3 -104E, an ordinance relating to the addressing of buildings. Section 4 -501, an ordinance relating to water and sewer.
