AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF THE CITY OR- DINANCES RELATIVE TO STATE OF MINNESOTA REZONING CERTAIN R -5 SSA PROPERTY COUNTY OF HENNEPIN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN As FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 351140 of the City Ordinances is hereby amended in part by the deletion of the following: (That part of Lots 9 and 10, E. C. L'Herault, being duly sworn, on oath says he is and during all the times herein stated has been the President of Auditor's subdivision No. 25, described as follows: Commencing The Post Publishing Co., publisher andprinterofthenewspaperknownas at a point in the east line of Lot 10, BROOKLYN CENTER POST (A Continuation of Brooklyn Center Press) lying in the centerline of County Road distant 967.6 feet northerly and has full knowledge of the facts herein stated as follows: along said east line of Lot 10 from (1) Said newspaper is printed in the English language in newspaper format and in column and sheet form equivalent the southeast corner thereof; in printed space to at least 900 square inches. (2) Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed at least once each thence southeasterly along said week. (3) Said newspaper has 50 percent of its news columns, devoted to news of local interest to the community centerline 282 feet; thence west 506 which it purports to serve and does not wholly duplicate any other publication and is not made up entirely of patents, feet parallel with the south line of plate matter and advertisements.
