CINDER City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota THE CITY CENTER E DOES OF BROOKLYN OES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: PREAMBLE. WHEREAS, Mr. Laverne E. Linder BROOKLYN CENTER POST has stated a desire to acquire certain Brooklyn Center owned property described below to facilitate iresidential development in ac. AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION with the Brooklyn Center Comprehensive Plan; and WHEREAS, the subject property has no use as public property in the context of the said Comprehensive Plan; and STATE OF MINNESOTA WHEREAS, it is determined to be in,: SS. the best interests of the citizens of COUNTY OF HENNEPIN Brooklyn Center to convey the subject property to Mr. Laverne E.
