AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF 'THE CITY ORDINANCES
RELATING TO TUNK VEHIC
THE CfTY COUNCIL 0 THE CITY OF BROOfULYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-1302 of the City Ordinances is hereby amended
as follows:
Section 19-1302. DEFINITIONS. The following words and terms
w.h.lerevef they occur in this ordinance are defined as follows:
(a) PERSON: Person means any natural person, firm, association,
partnership or corporation, and agent of any of the aforesaid, except duly
licensed New and Used Car Dealers, while engaged in the operation of their
business.
(b) JUNK VEHICLE: Within the context of Section 19-1301, junk vehicle
means any motor vehicle which is not properly licensed for operation within the
State of Minnesota by the State of Minnesota , or not properly licensed by any
other state for operation within that state, (and] or which is not in operable
condition, or which is partially dismantled or which is used for sale of parts, or
as a Source of repair or replacement parts for other vehicles, or which is kept
for scrapping, dismantling, or salvage of any kind.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective after adoption and upon
thirty (30) days following its legal publication.
