FOR THE SALE OF NOW BROOKLYN CENTER POST

ORDAIN 1 FOLLO AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION

last day of December in each year.
Each such license shall be issued for a Notary Public,.... County, Minnesota

Subdivision 3. The annual fee for an Affidavit of Publication
"on-sale" license shall be two hundred
fifty dollars (5250). (except for bona
fide clubs where the annual license fee OF
shall be ten dollars ($10).) The annual
fee for an "off- sale" license shall be
(ten dollars (S10))thirty -five dollars
A ($ 35). The daily fee for a "temporary
on- sale" license shall be ten dollars
(S10).
Section 4: Section 11 -110 of the City
Ordinances is hereby amended as
follows:
No club possessing an "on- sale"
license shall sell beer (except) to
anyone other than members and (to)
guests in the company of members.
Section 5: Section 11 -303 of the City
Ordinances is hereby amended as Published in

possessing a "temporary on -sale"
