PORTION OF 65TH AVENUE NORTH COUNTY OF HENNEPIN WITHIN BROOKLANE ADDITION City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota The City Council of the City of Brookl }'n Center does ordain as fol- lows: E. C. (2) Said newspaper is a weekly ai the southeasterly corner of Lot. and is distributed at least once each week. (3) Said newspaper has 50'% of its news columns devoted to B Brookline Addition; thence run- news of local interest to the community which it purports to serve and does not wholly duplicate rly of an angle of any other publication and is not made up entirely of patents, plate matter and advertisements. (4) ning southwesterly ni de rues est rly with the south Said newspaper is circulated in and near the municipality which it purports to serve, has at least 500 55 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has an average of at least 75 of its total circulation line of said Lot B a distance of currently paid or no more than three months in arrears ands has entry as second -class matter in its local 36.52 feet more or less to the south post- office.
