THE BROOKLYN CENTER POST AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING OP- (A continuation of the Brooklyn Center Press) ERATION OF MOTORIZED VEHI- CLES IN PARKS AND OPEN -SPACE ALTIES AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: - Section 1: Chapter 13 of the City STATE OF MINNESOTA Ordinance is hereby amended by the SS. addition o the following: COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ` Section 13 -301.
