ORDINANCE NO.— AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1 of THE BUILDING ORDINANCE of THE BROOKLYN CENTER POST THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER BY ADOPTING THE UNIFORM BUILDING (A continuation of the Brooklyn Center Press) CODE 1970 EDITION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION BUILDING OFFICIALS TOGETHER WITH APPENDICES INCLUDED IN SAID CODE, BY REFERENCE, AND REPEALING CON- FLICTING PROVISIONS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES OR- STATE OF MINNESOTA DAIN AS FOLLOWS: SS. Section 1: Section 3 -101, ADOP- COUNTY OF HENNEPIN TION OF THE U.B.C. WITH APPEN- DICES is hereby amended as follows: Those documents, 3 copies of which are on file in the Office of the (Vil- lagq) City Clerk, being marked as E. C.
