AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
CHAPTER 23 OF THE CITY OR-
DINANCES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Chapter 23 of the City THE BROOKLYN CENTER POST
Ordinances is hereby amended by the -
repeal of the following: '

Section 23 -303. PENALTY.
Any person violating the provisions
