Home My WebLink About2004-103 CCRMember Kay Lasman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2004-103 RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES WHEREAS, a State Primary Election will be held September 14, 2004, and a State General Election will be held November 2, 2004; and WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes, Section 20413.21, subd. 2, requires election judges be appointed by the governing body at least 25 days before the election at which the election judges will serve; and WHEREAS, the individuals selected to perform the duties of election judge are qualified to serve as election judges. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the following individuals be appointed to serve as election judges for the September 14, 2004, State Primary Election and November 2, 2004, State General Election.
