adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 2004-26
RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING $200,000 INTO THE EARLE BROWN
HERITAGE CENTER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND
WHEREAS, a Capital Fund for the Earle Brown Heritage Center (EBHC) has been
established to provide an ongoing funding mechanism for capital items and has a current
unencumbered balance within this fund of $6,805; and
WHEREAS, the Capital Plan for the EBHC has identified current year capital needs

exceeding $200,000; and
WHEREAS, a cash analysis for the EBHC operation for the fiscal year ending
December 31, 2003, identifies a cash surplus within a conservative range that would permit the
transfer of $200,000 to the EBHC Capital Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a transfer of $200,000 from the
EBHC Operating Fund be transferred to the EBHC Capital Project Fund effective the date of
adoption.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Kathleen Carmody
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Myrna Kragness, Kathleen Carmody, Kay Lasman, Diane Niesen, and Bob Peppe;
and the following voted against the same: none;
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
