Member introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 2001 -61
RESOLUTION REGARDING CANVASS OF MAY 1, 2001, SPECIAL
ELECTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that it is
hereby determined by official canvass that Tim Ricker is declared to be the successful candidate for
the office of Council Member of the City of Brooklyn Center.
