HomeMy WebLinkAbout2002-168 CCRMember Kay Lasman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2002-168 RESOLUTION ADOPTING 2003 STORM SEWER UTILITY RATES, FEES AND CHARGES WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center Charter requires that municipal utilities be self- supporting through revenue provided by a uniform schedule of rates, fees and charges; and WHEREAS, this uniform schedule shall be called the "Public Utility Rate Schedule" and shall be adopted by resolution of the City Council; and WHEREAS, financial requirements for the utility funds have been identified and reviewed by the City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the following Storm Sewer Utility rates and charges are hereby adopted and shall be effective for all billings issued on or after January 1, 2003. 2003 STORM SEWER UTILITY RATE SCHEDULE Storm Sewer Rates and Charges Quarterly Rates per Acre Base Rate Cemeteries and Golf Courses Parks Single Family, Duplex, Townhouse School, Government Buildings Multiple Family, Churches Commercial, Industrial Vacant Land Delinquent account, quarterly charge Certification for collection with property taxes Private facility cleaning charge November 25, 2002 Date ATTEST: M.
