Home My WebLink About2002-107 CCRMember Ed Nelson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2002-107 RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES WHEREAS, a State Primary Election will be held September 10, 2002, and a State General Election will be held November 5, 2002; and WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes, Section 204B.21, subd. 2, requires election judges be appointed by the governing body at least 25 days before the election at which the election judges will serve; and WHEREAS, the individuals selected to perform the duties of election judge are qualified to serve as election judges.
