Section 17-133.REPEAL.The provisions of Chapter 17 of the ordinances ofthe Village of Brooklyn Center as adopted on February 8, 1965, as amended, are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall hereafter by known as Chapter 17 of the City ordinances and the Sections of this ordinance numbered therein as herein designated. Section 17-134.EFFECTIVE DATE.This ordinance shall be effective from and after its Passage and publication and upon the conversion from Village to City government.
