WHEREAS, The City of Brooklyn Center is required by City Charter and
state law to annually adopt a budget.
RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE 2003 PRELIMINARY BUDGET

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that appropriations for budgeted funds for fiscal year
2003 shall be:

The motion for adoption of the forgoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Kay Lasman
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Myrna Kragness, Kay Lasman, Ed Nelson, Bob Peppe,
and the following voted against same: none;
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
