A new Chapter 19 is hereby adopted which shall read as follows: AFFIDAVIT ®F PUBLICATION Chapter 19. PARK AND RECREATION ADVISORY COMMISSION. Section 19 -101. COMMISSION ESTAB- LISHED, MEMBERSHIP. There is hereby established a Park and Recreation Advisory Commission for the Village of Brooklyn Center, pursuant to Chapter 412.111 MSA.
