OF THE VILLAGE ORDINANCES
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION

FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Section 3 -102.4 of the village

AREAS FOR DWELLING UNITS
(1) One and Two Family Dwellings.
The minimum gross floor area of a
dwelling of Group I occupancy shall
be not less than 1,020 square feet
