DURING PARADES:
A. Interferences. No person shall un-
reasonably hamper, obstruct or im-
pede or Interfere with any parade,

mal or vehicle participating In the

between the vehicles or persons com-

hicles along the route of the parade
in areas contiguous thereto. The Chief
