Section 1.5 -1CS of the village ordinances, paragraph (a) thereof, is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 15 -108. REQUIRED I1 4TS. (a) Monuments. Monuments shall be placed at all block corners, angle points, points of curves in streets and at intermediate points as shown on the final plat, location and size as determined by the Village Engineer. There shall be at least three concrete moniLi;ents installed per block. If the block is longer than "CO feet, there shall be four monuments. They shall be installed on the west and south sides of the street at the exterior corner:, and the remaining monuments equally dividing the distance between. Other monwnents shall be steel or cast iron, as approved by the Hennepin County Surveyor and shall be set at each corner or angle on the outside boundary of all. lots. Pipes or steel rods shall be placed at the corners of each lot and at each intersection of street centerlines, all U. a., st.a.tc, county, or other official benchmarks, monuments or triangulation stations in or adjacent to t;.e property shall be p reserved in precise position,." Section 2. :erection 1 1_; -1.01 of tl',e village ordinances is hereby amended by adding to paragraph (d) a new paragraph. which shall be paragraph Q to read as follows: "Section 15- 1C8. RE UI^ED Ii•T:?CVEMNTS. (d) ?. Boulevard Sod. Boulevard sod shall be installed from the street gutter line to the property line adjacent to all streets. This shall include any side yard boulevards." Section 3. This ordina,.ce shall_ take effect from and after its legal publication.
