THE VILLAGE OF BROOKLYN CENTER BY DESIGNATING
CERTAIN LAND AS COMMERCIAL
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF BROOKLYN CENTER DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Brooklyn Center is
hereby amended by zoning the following described land to commercial and adding
said description to Section 35-217 of said ordinance:
South 2 feet of Lot 18 and that part of
Lot 17 lying West of the West line of SEI
of SEA of Section 34, Township 11,9, Range 21,
Auditor's Subdivision No. 25, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, and Lot 36, Auditor's Subdivision
No. 216, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
2. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its publication.
Passed by the Village Council this 18th day of January, 1y56.
