AN ORDINANCE AN3NDING THE NON - INTOXICATING LIQUOR
ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF BROOKLYN CENTER BY
PROVIDING THAT LICENSES SHALL EXPIRE ON DECEMBER 31
AND ESTABLISHING PENALTIES FOR LATE PAYMENTS OF
RENEWAL LICENSE FEES
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF BROOKLYN CENTER DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Non - Intoxicating Liquor Ordinance of the Village of Brooklyn
Center is hereby amended so that the Section of said ordinance entitled "License
Fees" shall read as follows:
Section 11 -105. LICENSE FEES. All applications for licenses
shall be accompanied by a receipt from the Village Clerk for the
required annual fee of the license. The fee for said on -sale license
for one year shall be One Hundred 0100.00) Dollars. The annual fee
for an off -sale license shall be Five ($5.00) Dollars. All licenses,
• whether on -sale or off -sale, shall expire on the last day of December
in the year in which said license is issued. A fee for the renewal
of any license issued under this Ordinance shall be paid to the Village
Clerk prior to the first day of January of the year for which said
license fee is required, and in the event that said payment is made
after said date, the license fee established by this Ordinance shall
be increased ten per cent (10 %) for each month or portion thereof which
has elapsed since said date.
2. This ordinance shall be in force from and after its legal publication.
