AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE VILLAGE OF BROOKLYN CENTER BY DESIGNATING
CERTAIN LAND AS COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL.
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF BROOKLYN CENTER DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Brooklyn Center is
hereby amended by zoning the following described land to commercial and
adding said description to Section 3.40 of said ordinance:
Lot 49, Auditor's Subdivision No. 216
That part of Lots 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55 and 56, Auditor's
Subdivision No. 216 lying East of the West 225 feet thereof
That part of Lot 57, Auditor's Subdivision No. 216, lying West
of State Highway 100 and East of the West 225 feet thereof
Lots 10 and 11, Auditor's Subdivision No. 218
• That part of Lots 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16, Auditor's Subdivision
No. 218, lying West of Highway 100
2. The ,Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Brooklyn Center is hereby
amended by zoning the following described land to residential and adding
said description to Section 3.20 of said ordinance:
The West 225 feet of Lots 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56 and 57,
Auditor's Subdivision No. 216
3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its publication.
