CIGARETTES REGARDING THE FEE TO BE
CHARGED THEREFOR
The Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center do ordain:
Section 1. Section 23 -103 in Chapter 23 of the Village Ordinances is
hereby amended to read:
"Section 23 -103 License Fee. the fee for every such license
shall be 'Twelve ($12.00) Dollars per year or unexpired portion there-
of. ;very such license shall expire on December 31 next after its
issuance.
"1 fee for the renewal of any license issued under this Ordinance
shall be paid to the Village Clerk prior tothe first day of January
of the year for which said license fee is required, and in the event
that said payment is made after said date, the license fee established
by this Ordinance shall be increased ten per cent (10;'o) for each
month or portion thereof which has elapsed since said date."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its
passage and publication.
