Firemen absent from four consecu- tive drills, calls, or meetings, without pre - s'enting an acceptable excuse therefor to the Department, shall forfeit membership in the department. It shall be unlawful for w -�, w any person to give or snake, or cause to , ,� be given or made, an alarm of fire with- . out probable cause, or to neglect or refuse to obey any reasonable order of the chief - at afire, or to interfere with the fire de• + partment in the discharge of its duties; ATTORNEY and any person convicted of violation of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25.00 nor more than $50.00 and costs, or imprisonment in the County Jail not to exceed 10 days.
