I ORDINANCE REGULATING THE 19Eq• CLEANING OF SEPTIC TANKS AND CESSPOOLS AND THE DISCHARGE OF THE CON- TENTS THEREOF BY REQUIR- ING PERMITS AND LICENSES THEREFOR THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF BROOKLYN CENTER DO THE NORTH HENNEPIN POST ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 1.
