HomeMy WebLinkAbout2009-062 CCRMember Kay Lasman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2009-62 1 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2009 GENERAL FUND BUDGET WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center adopted a budget for the General Fund 2009 Operations on December 8, 2008, as required by City Charter and State Statute; and WHEREAS, significant changes in the expected appropriation of Local Government Aid (LGA) from the State of Minnesota in 2009 have necessitated a change in the budget for operation of the General Fund for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2009, in order to deal with the situation in a fiscally responsible manner.
