in all conditions and limitations pursuant
to which the same is issued. Any such
permit shall be revoked if the holder
1 thereof is found guilty by a court of com- N �
petent jurisdiction of the violation of any No.

Special permits shall be non - transferrable ,
jaiid shall be revokable at any time with Affidavit of Publication

lage shall give the holder of said permit, . OF
notice of such revocation by mail, ad-
dressed to the holders' last known ad-
dress.
Section 13. No person shall operate any
racing shell, speedboat or other water-
craft designed primarily for racing or op-
erating at a high rte of speed over the
water and no such oat shall be placed

lyn - Center and no watercraft of any na-
ture shall be operated at a speed in ex
cess of that herein provided unless a
special permit is obtained by the owner

lating any provision of this ordinance
shall be guilty of a mi.sthmeanor and
shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished

imprisonment for not more than 90 days.

full force and effect from and after its
