Section 35. Permit Fee. Applications for permits for - one or two family dwell- ings or residence garages shall be filed with the Village Building Inspector and he accompanied by a fee of $5.00 for each dwelling unit. The Council shall set the permit fee for other constrnctiou by resol- ution. All fees shall be held by the Build- ing Inspector until the permit is granted when they shall be turned over to the 'treasurer of the Village. Section 36. Certificate of Ins,prectiotr. Upon the completion of the wiring of • any building, it shall be the duty of the per- son, firm or corporation doing the same to notify the electrical inepeetar, who shall inspect the installation within a rea•=on- able time after such notice is given; and if the electrical installation is found to be fully in compliance with this ordinance and does not constitute a hazard to life and property, he shall issue a certificate
