do ordain as follows: THE NORTH HENNEPIN POST
SECTION 1. Any owner, trustee or
attorney -in -fact desiring to subdivide a AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION

- ' SECTION- 2: Whenever a plat is tileil: Ns ,

SECTION 3. After approval is given by'
the Council the final plat shall be sub-

within one year after the Council appro-
val. Otherwise such approval shall expire.

SECTION 4. The grade and drainage re-

SECTION 5. No conveyance of land in[:

SECTION 6: In the event any provi-
sion 'herein shall "be declared invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect the validity of
the remainder of the ordinance.
