TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Please take notice that the Planning Commission of the City of Brooklyn Center will hold a public
hearing on Thursday February 11, 2010 at approximately 7:00 p.m., at the City Hall, 6301 Shingle
Creek Parkway to consider the petition described below:
TYPE OF REQUEST: Special Use Permit
PETITIONER: Earle Brown Tower LLP
PROPERTY NAMED IN THE PETITION: 6120 Earle Brown Drive
Legal Description: Tract E, excluding Parcel 39D as shown on MN/DOT Space R/W Plat #27 -6
Registered Land Survey #1380, Hennepin County, Minnesota
BRIEF STATEMENT OF CONTENTS OF PETITION:
Special Use Permit to allow ITT Educational Services to operate within the C -1A (Service Office)
zoning district at 6120 Earle Brown Drive.
Auxiliary aids for persons with disabilities are available upon request at least 96 hours in advance.

Please take notice that the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center at its meeting on Monday,
February 22, 2010 will consider the petition described below. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. in
the City Hall Council Chambers, 6301 Shingle Creek Parkway. A definite time for this petition to
be considered cannot be given as it will depend on the progression of the agenda items.
