adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 2010 -83
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2010 PUBLIC UTILITY FUND BUDGETS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center is required by City
Charter and State Statute to annually adopt a budget; and
WHEREAS, the 2010 budget adopted by the City Council on December 14, 2009
must be modified to reflect changes in the budget plan occasioned by changes in the distribution
of State financial assistance to cities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center that the appropriations for the Public Utility Fund Budgets for 2010 be amended
to read as follows (changes in bold):

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Kay Lasman
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Tim Willson, Kay Lasman, Tim Roche, Dan Ryan, and Mark Yelich
and the following voted against the same: none;
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
