ON PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT
CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Planning Commission of the
City of Brooklyn Center on the 13th of May, 2004 at 7:30 p.m. at the City Hall, 6301 Shingle
Creek Parkway, to consider the Planned Unit Development Amendment for the property
described as follows:
Tract C, Registered Land Survey No. 1710, Hennepin County, Minnesota
This property is more commonly described as 1150 Brookdale Center.
Said proposed Planned Unit Development Amendment has been submitted by
Frauenshuh Companies for construction of a Dairy Queen Chill and Grill.

BRIEF STATEMENT OF CONTENTS OF PETITION:
Said proposed Planned Unit Development Amendment has been submitted by Frauenshuh
Companies for construction of a freestanding Dairy Queen Chill and Grill at Brookdale Shopping
Center.
Auxiliary aids for persons with disabilities are available upon request at least 96 hours in advance.

Please take notice that the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center at its meeting on Monday,
May 24, 2004 will consider the petition described below. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the
City Hall Council Chambers, 6301 Shingle Creek Parkway. A definite time for this petition to be
considered cannot be given as it will depend on the progression of the agenda items.
