The services for seniors are provided by two non - profit agencies, Senior Community Services and Community Emergency Assistance Program (CEAP), in cooperation with the City of Brooklyn Center. CEAP also provides services for disabled persons. H.O.M.E. HandyWorks The program offered by Senior Community Services is Community Emergency Assistance Program (CEAP) also called Household and Outside Maintenance for Elderly provides services to Brooklyn Center residents 60 years of (H.O.M.E.).
