CALL TO ORDER
The Brooklyn Center Housing and Redevelopment Authority met in special session and was
called to order by Chairman Todd Paulson at 11:15 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Chairman Todd Paulson, Commissioners Celia Scott, Jerry Pedlar, Dave Rosene, and Philip
Cohen. Also present were HRA Director Gerald Splinter, Finance Director Paul Holmlund,
Director of Planning and Inspection Ron Warren, EDA Coordinator Brad Hoffman, City
Assessor Mark Parish and Council Secretary Nancy Berg.
RESOLUTIONS
The HRA Director introduced a Resolution Approving the Final Brooklyn Center Housing
0 and Redevelopment Authority Budget for the Year 1993 Pursuant to MSA Chapter 469.033,
Subdivision 6 and MSA Chapter 469.107, Subdivision 1
RESOLUTION NO. 92 -04
Commissioner Rosene introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL BROOKLYN CENTER HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1993 PURSUANT TO
MSA CHAPTER 469.033, SUBDIVIDION 6 AND MSA CHAPTER 469.107,
SUBDIVIDION 1
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner
Cohen, and the motion passed unanimously.
The HRA Director introduced a Resolution Establishing the Final Tax Levy for the Brooklyn
Center Housing and Redevelopment Authority for the Year 1993.
RESOLUTION NO. 92 -05
Commissioner Cohen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE FINAL TAX LEVY FOR THE BROOKLYN
CENTER HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR THE YEAR 1993

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner
Scott, and the motion passed unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
There was a motion by Commissioner Scott and seconded by Commissioner Pedlar to
adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously. The Brooklyn Center Housing and
Redevelopment Authority adjourned at 11:20 p.m.

The Brooklyn Center Housing and Redevelopment Authority met in special session and was
called to order by Chairman Todd Paulson at 11:32 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Chairman Todd Paulson, Commissioners Celia Scott, Jerry Pedlar, Dave Rosene, and Philip
Cohen. Also present were HRA Director Gerald Splinter, City Attorney Charlie LeFevere,
EDA Coordinator Brad Hoffman, Director of Planning and Inspection Ron Warren, Finance
Director Paul Holmlund, and Council Secretary Nancy Berg.
RESOLUTIONS
The HRA Director introduced a Resolution Approving Development Agreement with Evergreen
Development Group.
RESOLUTION NO. 92 -03
Commissioner Scott introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH EVERGREEN
DEVELOPMENT GROUP
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner
Rosene, and the motion passed unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
There was a motion by Commissioner Cohen and seconded by Commissioner Pedlar to adjourn
the meeting. The motion passed unanimously. The Brooklyn Center Housing and
Redevelopment Authority adjourned at 11:35 p.m.

CALL TO ORDER
The Brooklyn Center Housing and Redevelopment Authority met in special session and was
called to order by Chairman Todd Paulson at 8:45 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Chairman Todd Paulson, Commissioners Kristen Mann, Barb Kalligher, and Celia Scott.
Commissioner Dave Rosene was excused from this evening's meeting. Also present were
City Manager Gerald Splinter and Finance Director Charlie Hansen.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
DECEMBER 10 1992 AND NOVEMBER 9 1992 - SPECIAL SESSION
After discussion, there was a motion by Commissioner Kalligher and seconded by
Commissioner Scott to table the December 10, 1992, and November 9, 1992, minutes of the
Housing and Redevelopment Authority to the September 20, 1993, meeting. The motion
passed unanimously.
RESOLUTIONS
RESOLUTION NO. 93 -01
Commissioner Kalligher introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
ESTABLISHING THE PROPOSED TAX LEVY FOR THE BROOKLYN CENTER
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR THE YEAR 1994
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Commissioner Scott, and the motion passed unanimously.
RESOLUTION NO. 93 -02
Commissioner Mann introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
APPROVING THE PROPOSED BROOKLYN CENTER HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1994 PURSUANT TO
