Canvass of Election Returns a. Resolution Regarding Canvass of August 10, 2010, Municipal Primary Election Requested Council Action: — Motion to adopt resolution. 4. Adjournment Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION REGARDING CANVASS OF AUGUST 10, 2010, MUNICIPAL PRIMARY ELECTION BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that it is hereby determined by official canvass that Dan Ryan, Mark Yelich, Carol Kleven, and Heidi Huckleberry received the highest number of votes in the August 10, 2010, primary election and are declared to be the nominees for the office of Council Member of the City of Brooklyn Center. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the City Clerk is directed to place the names of the nominees on the general election ballot.
