Dear Mr. Parish:
Please accept this letter as our formal protest of the 1992 pay
1993 value placed on the above referenced property.
Based on the trends in the real estate market in Minnesota and
the fact that sales at this store are down, we feel this value
• is excessive. If there is an economic slump in the area, which
our sales indicate, we feel the real estate values should re-
flect this.
Again, sales and overall store income are down from 1991 and we
do not feel an increase could possibly be justified. Please ac—
cept this information as our protest and present it to your
Board tonight so that any necessary reductions can be made.
Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter and
for accepting this letter in lieu of our presence at the local
hearing.

I have discussed the valuation and classification of elements of this property with Reverend
Robert Cilke. I believe the classifications will be adjusted following further document from
the church; however, I suggest reading the parcels into the record to preserve their right to
appeal to the County.
