HRA RESOLUTION NO. 2010 - 03
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY BUDGET FOR
THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA
STATUTES CHAPTER 469
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of City of
Brooklyn Center has considered the preliminary budget for Fiscal Year 2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and
Development Authority of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that revenues and
appropriations for the Housing and Redevelopment Authority are hereby adopted as
follows:
Housing and Redevelopment Authority
Revenues
Property Taxes $ 310,831
Total Housing and Redevelopment Authority $3 1
Appropriations
Transfer to EDA Fund $ 310,831
Total Housing and Redevelopment Authority $310,831

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by commissioner
Dan Ryan
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof
Tim Willson, Kay Lasman, Tim Roche, Dan Ryan, and Mark Yelich;
and the following voted against the same: none;
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
