Scope: The scope of activity of this committee shall consist of advising the City Manager regarding matters relevant to the effectiveness of communications between city departments;
employee concerns; community service activities; and social and employee recognition activities that would prove mutually beneficial to staff and the city-at-large.
Purpose: The purpose of this committee is to enhance communications and positive relationships within the City organization enabling staff to work more effectively, efficiently and
more pleasantly thereby improving the service the City provides to the residents of Brooklyn Center.
