Discussion
George is offering to man a Phone for holiday luncheon – departments without coverage may
call George
Recognizing officially in program for permanent part-time employees – overall thought this was
a good idea to appreciate their loyalty. How should we recognize considering full-time
employee issues- is it about hours or longevity. EAC needs to discuss this with their department
coworkers and be ready to make a decision next meeting.
Remind coworkers of holiday luncheon, received a slightly better price from the caterer. Had
good comments about the food last year.
There are some concerns from employees about not getting the minutes, they may not want to
go to the S drive. Should they be emailed- already receive so many emails, go in paycheck,
employee newsletter summary, quarterly update? Etc. Review with coworkers to decide next
meeting.
