EAC MEETING MINUTES
March 8, 2006
All America Conference Room
Meeting called to order at 9:30 am.
EAC Members present: Jill Berger, Rick Nelson, Doc Miller, Virginia Carter, Matt
Koegl, Danna Mickelson, George Jennrich, Tom Bublitz, Bruce Johnson and Sue
Remjeske
Group discussed EAC purpose and direction with Michael McCauley.
Members to develop a survey to see what employee’s would be interested in participating
in. The survey is to be formalized during the next EAC meeting.
Ceap Food Drive:
March food drive from March 13, 2006 to March 31, 2006
Boxes are placed in each department to collect all food stuff.
Danna sent out flyers to each department.
Cookbooks
EAC has cookbooks for sale and they are $8.50 per book.
(Make checks payable to Brooklyn Center Employees Fund)
Submit orders to department EAC representative.
Flowers, planters and planting were discussed. More questions than answers so Danna
will talk to Jim Glasoe for update.
Next EAC meeting is April 12, 2006 at the Police Dept. in the Twin Lake Room.
Meeting adjourned at 10:30 am.
