EAC MEETING MINUTES
July 16, 2003
Earle Brown Heritage Center
Members Present:
Jeannine Pfann, Tara Jude, Patti Page, Gary Gilpin, and
George Jennrich
Employee Picnic:
Overall committee thought that it was a good turnout and
people enjoyed it
Bloodmobile:

The bloodmobile is still scheduled for Monday, July 28 from 9
a.m. – 12 p.m. in Constitution Hall. There are around 13 people signed up.
Bloodmobile could still use more employees to sign up for appointments.
Golf Outing:
After last year’s success, there will be a golf outing this year.
George Jennrich and Gary Gilpin will be organizing the event. A date will be set
next week. Tournament will be a scramble. Golfers of all skill levels are
welcome.
Fall food drive:
The fall food drive for CEAP will start on Tuesday, September
ndth
2 and run thru Wednesday, September 17. Patti Page will be organizing the
drive. Muffin mix will be the designated food item this fall. EAC members will
place boxes in each department.
Dinner Cruise:
EAC is going to pursue sponsoring a dinner cruise this August.

The cruise would be out of Stillwater on Friday, August 15. EAC will put up a
sign-up sheet.
Toys for Tots:
Toys for Tots will run again this year.
Holiday Luncheon:
Using a caterer seems to be the way to go; Barnacle Bills is
willing to cater event again. A menu will be determined at a future meeting.
Luncheon will be held in Constitution Hall; Date and time to be announced.
