EAC MEETING MINUTES
AUGUST 20, 2003
MEMBERS PRESENT: Jeannine Pfann, Becky Boie, Robin Hartfiel, Kristi Commers,
Tara Jude, Ed Atanasoff, George Jennrich
BLOODMOBILE: On July 28, thirty-two units of blood were donated. The blood drive
was a success. The blood bank would like us to do it again.
DINNER CRUISE: Becky and Jeannine reported the dinner cruise was fabulous.
Seventeen people attended. The food was good. Entertainment was by a rock and roll
band. It was a big success and we would like to do it again next year.
GOLF OUTING: Employee Golf Scramble will be held on September 11. Starting time
will be at 5:15 p.m. It will be a shotgun start. The price per person is $21.00. A flyer
will be sent out with the paychecks.
FALL FOOD DRIVE FOR CEAP: The fall food drive will be held from September 2
thru September 17, 2003. The department donating the most muffin mix will win home-
baked cookies made by Mike McCauley.
TOYS FOR TOTS: Becky will be in charge of this and will have more information at the
next meeting.
HOLIDAY LUNCHEON: Holiday Luncheon is scheduled for Thursday, December 10,
from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Barnacle Bill’s will cater the luncheon. Becky and Robin
will work on the food, games and door prizes.
The next meeting will be at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 17, at the West Fire
Station.
