Member introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION REGARDING CANVASS OF NOVEMBER 2, 2010, MUNICIPAL
GENERAL ELECTION
WHEREAS, the City Council has met for the purpose of canvassing the election
returns of the municipal general election for the offices of Mayor and Council Member.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center that it is hereby determined by official canvass that Tim Willson received the
highest number of votes in the November 2, 2010, general election and is declared to be the
successful candidate for the office of Mayor of the City of Brooklyn Center.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center
that it is hereby determined by official canvass that Dan Ryan and Carol Kleven received the highest
number of votes in the November 2, 2010, general election and are declared to be the successful
candidates for the office of Council Member of the City of Brooklyn Center.

and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
