EAC Meeting Minutes

Old Business
- Inter-city fitness program (B.L.A.S.T.), Kelli will report to us next meeting.
- LOGO clothing - The Logo clothing has been ordered, 103 clothing pieces worth about
$2100.00. Thanks to Mark for an excellent job.
- Brown bag seminar review -Held on March 30 - Jean, Kelli & Gary with speaker from MCC- “
Dealing With Difficult People” at the new Police station. About 40 people attended with 30
people ordering lunches and 10 bringing their own. Speaker was good but could have spent more
time on dealing with difficult citizens vs. difficult co-workers. Thank you Gary, Jean & Kelli.
Yearly Events
- Our Employee Appreciation Picnic will be held on Thursday, June 22, 2000 (11am to 1:30pm)
in Central Park. Bonnie brought us three different proposals on catering for the picnic. After a
discussion on the three proposals.The EAC decided to recommend to the city manager that we
accept Filk Catering’s proposal at about $9.00 per person. Good job Bonnie
EAC members will be needed to help with cleanup befor
- Aug 10. - Ron (At Fire Station) “Home fire prevention” Mark will Notify Ron with the date.
