the custom fit windows and the normal windows is also
noticeable. He stated that expert estimates indicate that
the City could save between $600 and $700 in heat and
air conditioning costs per year if these windows were
installed throughout the City Hall and Community Center.
He stated that the costs of obtaining these custom windows
would be approximately $3,100 which would be amortized
by the savings in heat and electricity costs in approximately
four to five years.
He recommended that quotations be sought for the purpose
of purchasing the remaining windows out of Revenue Sharing
funds.
Following a brief discussion it was the consensus of the
Council that such quotations be sought.
Adjournment Motion by Councilman. Kuefler and seconded by Councilman
Britts to adjourn the meeting. Voting in favor were: Mayor
Cohen, Councilmen Britts, Kuefler, Fignar, and Jensen.
Voting againsto none. The motion passed unanimously.
The City Council adjourned at 10 :50 p.m.
