Roil Call Mayor Cohen, Councilmen Britts, Jensen, Fignar and Kuefler. A)7-o present were City Manager Donald Foss, Director of Public Works Jim Merila, Director of Finance Paul Holmlund, City Attorney Richard Schieff or and Admi-i'Astrat- Assistants Ron Warren and James Lacina. Approval of Minutes Mot-ic by Councilman, Britts and seconded by Councilman 4-21-75 Jensen to approve the minutes of the April 21, 1975 meeting as submitted. Councilman Jensen inquired as to .maintenance and construction of the blacktop alleyways.
