OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER IN THE COUNTY OF
HENNEPIN AND THE STATE OF MINNESOTA
SPECIAL SESSION
NOVEMBER 4, 1975
CITY HALL
Call to Order The Brooklyn Center City,Council met in special session
as an election canvass board at 8:15 p.m.
Roll Call Mayor Cohen, Councilmen Britts, Fignar, Kuefler, and
Jensen. Also present was City Clerk Allen Lindman.
Canvass of City The City Council proceeded to canvass the City election.
Election Returns returns at the various City precincts, reporting ballots
cast in City of Brooklyn Center contests as follows:

Richard Forstrom (write -in) 103
Office of City Councilman Ballot Count
Wendell Eriksson 801
Bill Fignar 2,158
Henry Harris 452
Tony Kuefler 1,969
RESOLUTION Upon completing the election canvass, member Robert
NO� 75 -215 Jensen introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION REGARDING CANVASS OF NOVEMBER 4,
1975 CITY ELECTION
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by member Maurice Britts, and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Philip Cohen, Maurice Britts, Tony Kuefler,
Bill Fignar, and Robert Jensen; and the following voted
against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.
Adjournment Motion by Councilman Britts and seconded by Councilman
Jensen to adjourn the meeting. Voting in favor were:
Mayor Cohen, Councilmen Britts, Kuefler, Fignar, and
Jensen. Voting against: none. The motion passed unani-
mously. The City Council meeting as a canvass board,
adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
